Our goal is to help you find and cultivate ways to move your body that fit your life, feel good, help you achieve your goals, and bring you joy. Below you’ll find some options as to how we can make that happen.
Movement at home
Joyful Movement Bootcamp (Virtual)
The Joyful Movement Bootcamp welcomes all levels of exercise experience and requires little to no equipment. Move your body from the comfort of your own home!
In each 45 minute session you’ll be guided through a warmup followed by 3 different timed exercise circuits, and a full body stretch. Each circuit is meant to be taken at your own pace and you are invited to adjust and modify movements to meet your body’s needs. Your coach will provide variations so that you know just how to modify each movement to ensure you get the most out of it.
