Accountability Hours
Personalized Support Without the Personal Training Price Tag
Building a consistent gym routine can feel overwhelming—especially if you're navigating it on your own. That’s where Accountability Hours come in.

As part of the Self Care Community, these drop-in sessions provide a supportive, low-pressure space where you can work out at your own pace while having access to expert guidance. Think of it like "office hours" for the gym—I'm here to answer questions, offer encouragement, and help you build confidence in your routine, all without the cost or commitment of one-on-one personal training.

How it works
Schedule:

Mondays: 8 AM - 10 AM
-
Thursdays: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Each 2 hour session has 6 spots available​
-
Start and end times are flexible within the 2 hour window, but in order to ensure you can get the support you need, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your time slot ends

Location: Evolve Strength Downtown (12328 102 Ave NW, Edmonton)

How to prepare for Accountability hours:

Get your pass​​

Sign up for a monthly membership ($67/month)​

Grab a 10 Punch Pass ($175)

Pay the drop in fee ($20)

Register for your preferred time slot prior to the session start time

Pack your bag: you'll need gym clothes, shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude (Headphones also help)

This private, online group is a place for you to ask questions, share ideas and inspiration, and receive additional support not just from your coach, but from other like-minded individuals.
This is also where you'll find the "Workout of the Week" if you need some inspo for your accountability session.
