Andrea

Andrea Troughton is a Holistic Health & Fitness Coach, Author, Martial Artist, and Compassionate Human Being. Leading from a trauma-informed, body-neutral perspective, she helps her clients and community feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their bodies. With more than a decade of experience across multiple movement disciplines—including dance, bodybuilding, yoga, group exercise, personal training, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, somatic healing, and holistic nutrition—Andrea brings a comprehensive, multidimensional approach to wellness.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that self-care is not one-size-fits-all. There is no single perfect tool, and meaningful wellness comes from a combination of practices that honour each person’s individuality, capacity, and lived experience. Andrea’s work integrates Joyful Movement, Mindful Eating, Habitual Self-Care, and somatic principles, allowing her to tailor trauma-informed support to diverse needs.

She believes deeply in the power of vulnerability and shared stories as pathways to healing. Andrea is also a committed advocate for inclusive, accessible fitness, working to break down barriers that prevent marginalized communities from engaging fully in their self-care.

Jill

Jill Estabrooks is a recent graduate of the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer Program, where she spent the past two years studying the science of exercise, corrective techniques for chronic pain and injury, and the role of movement in supporting mental health and various clinical conditions.

Through multiple practicum placements, Jill gained hands-on experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances that have impacted their ability to be physically active. These experiences shaped her understanding of how movement can be thoughtfully adapted to promote health, safety, and enjoyment—regardless of physical, medical, or mental limitations.

Jill is passionate about making physical activity more accessible and empowering for everyone. She is dedicated to helping clients build confidence, expand perceived limitations, and work toward goals that may have once felt out of reach. She is excited to be part of the team at Work of A.R.T. Coaching and to support clients on their unique wellness journeys.
