Service Description
Personal training sessions are customized to your specific needs, goals, and interests. These sessions are a collaboration between you and I to ensure that the movements we go over feel safe for your body, are challenging yet enjoyable, and are moving you toward your goals. Personal training might be for you if: • You feel unsure about what movements and exercises to do, or how to do them safely. • You’re feeling intimidated about exercising or going to the gym. • You have pain, injuries (past or present), or difficulty moving your body. • You want to try something new or are bored/feeling unchallenged by the physical activity that you have done in the past. • You have had difficulty making movement a regular part of your life.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all appointments. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the cost of the session is forfeit. Work of A.R.T. Coaching can make exceptions to this policy at her discretion in the event of an emergency.
