Join Work of A.R.T. for an online exercise session designed to help you shake off stress and give your joints some TLC.
This class requires no equipment, and is accessible for most bodies. Join from home, or anywhere that you have space to move. Together we'll tune into our bodies, challenge ourselves, and get a little silly along the way. Sharing your video is optional but encouraged.
