Join our Spring Self Care Challenge! This two week challenge is all about kick-starting sustainable, self care routines that can support you all year round. Build the foundation for long term wellness in a supportive community AND have a chance at exciting prizes! When you join the challenge you'll be added to the Self Care Community, a private online group (app available), Hosted by Andrea from Work of ART Coaching. The Self Care Community is a place to connect: Connect with Andrea, ask questions and receive support, guidance, and inspiration, and connect with one another, because self care doesn't have to be a solitary act. When the challenge begins, all the action will be taking place in the group so make sure you turn the group notifications on in order to get the most out of your time with us. Each day you’ll be prompted to engage in simple acts of daily self care, and over the course of two weeks, you’ll build the frame-work for a sustainable self care practice. But that’s not all. This challenge is also about connecting, and building community, so in order to be entered for our prizes, you’ll need to engage in the group page. Every day of the challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to gain up to 3 entries, and participating will take less than 10 minutes a day. At the end of the challenge, we'll celebrate with a community movement session on Sunday June 7th at 11am. You can join in Person at Hearth Co-working and Co-Wellness (spots are limited), or online via zoom. Prizes will be drawn after the Sunday Event, but you don't have to attend to win.
