A.R.T.ful Living Program

One-on-one coaching over 8 weeks.

The A.R.T.ful Living Program is a one-on-one coaching program that teaches the principles of Joyful Movement, Mindful Eating, and Habitual Self Care in order to help you develop a long term, happy, healthy relationship with food, movement and body. 


Are you judgemental toward your body? Have you tried diet after diet, exercise trend after trend and still find yourself not feeling happy with, or even satisfied in your body? Contrary to popular belief, the solution cannot be found in the next diet. The solution to this long term body dissatisfaction and damaged self worth comes from rebuilding your relationship with food, movement, and body using the principles mentioned above. During our 8 weeks together we will work on making peace with your body and building routines and habits that support your holistic well being that actually fit your life. With these habits in place, you’ll find it easier to move more, eat in a way that satisfies and fuels you, and stop judging your body so that you can experience the joy that you deserve.
